Lifestyle Fitness Center first opened in the Lynchburg area in 2002.  Eight years later, our mission is still to educate, equip, and inspire our members to achieve their optimal level of health and fitness.  In 2004, LFC relocated to a new facility in Forest which was specifically designed to meet the needs and goals of our members.  In 2005, a satellite location was added at Smith Mountain Lake.  Membership allows 24-hour access to both locations.  Certified trainers are available to help you get started and keep you going!
