SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, a product of Healthways, is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Your health plan may include SilverSneakers as part of your benefit package, which would allow you to take advantage of all that SilverSneakers offers, including basic Lifestyle Fitness Center membership - at no additional cost!

SilverSneakers classes are offered Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 pm, and members may also come in to exercise on their own or with another member any time. Membership includes 24-hour access and one monthly consultation with a trainer.
